General Fulfilment We offer free shipping worldwide on all orders. We aim to dispatch all orders within 3–7 business days. Originals ship from Australia; prints and merchandise may be fulfilled locally depending on your region to ensure faster delivery and reduced environmental impact.

Shipping Regions We ship to collectors everywhere. Alongside our Melbourne studio, we work with trusted printing partners in Australia, the USA, and Canada. This allows us to deliver more quickly, minimize customs delays, and keep shipping free for all orders.

Carriers & Tracking We use reliable carriers including Australia Post, USPS, Canada Post, and DHL. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Customs & Duties While shipping is free, international orders may still be subject to customs fees or import duties. These are set by your country’s regulations and are the responsibility of the buyer. We provide clear customs documentation to help ensure smooth delivery.

Originals vs Prints Original artworks are always shipped directly from our Melbourne studio. Limited and open edition prints may be produced locally by one of our hand‑picked expert printers and framers to reduce transit time and environmental impact. Every print includes Ness’s digital signature and embedded edition number for authenticity.
