We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. If your artwork isn’t perfect for your space, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.

Free Return Shipping

Return shipping is free for collectors in Australia, the USA, and Canada. For other regions, we’ll guide you through returning the artwork at the best available rate.

Condition & Packaging

Artwork must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition you received it. This ensures it arrives back safely and can be rehomed without damage.

Insurance & Damages

All artworks are fully insured during transit. If your order arrives damaged, we’ll replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Originals vs Prints

Original artworks are shipped directly from our Melbourne studio. Prints may be produced and shipped locally in Australia, the USA, or Canada to reduce delivery time and environmental impact. Regardless of where they’re fulfilled, every piece is created by Ness and meets our exacting quality standards.
