Two moons. One origin.

Before brush touched canvas, Hoodie Boy cast his line from a digital moon. That moment—quiet, vivid, and true—is now available in two forms.

The Digital Concept as a giclee print

Ness begins with digital brushwork—each piece born on a tablet, vivid and emotionally precise. The Limited Edition print is not a reproduction—it’s the first physical form.

The Final Canvas Painting

The canvas comes later, layered with acrylic, texture, and solitude. This reversal of process is rare. It’s intentional. It’s Ness.

Print FAQs

A giclée (pronounced “zhee-clay”) is a fine art print made using high-resolution inkjet technology, archival pigment-based inks, and museum-grade paper or canvas. It’s not your average print—it’s designed to last for decades without fading, while preserving every detail, texture, and nuance of an original artwork.

For Ness, this matters a lot. Many of his pieces are hand-drawn or painted directly on a tablet. There’s no physical “original” to hang in a gallery. The digital file is the original. So, when we print it, we’re not just making a copy—we’re giving that artwork its first and only physical form.

That’s why we use giclée printing. It’s the best way to honor the integrity of Ness’s work, ensuring collectors receive something vivid, lasting, and true to the artist’s intent. And because we keep edition sizes small, each print becomes part of a limited, intentional release—not mass-produced, not replaceable.
